Agreement

You accept these terms and conditions by using our website.

Services

We provide Sound Healing and Yoga Nidra sessions for individuals, partners, public classes, and corporate settings. Descriptions of services, pricing, and session details are available on our website.

Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointments are to be scheduled by online booking, phone or email for Private and Partner Healing Sessions.

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations for Private and Partner Healing Sessions.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged a cancellation fee.

  • Appointments for the classes at Expanding Horizons Counseling and The Shrine of Holy Wisdom are to be scheduled using the online booking form. Classes at Tree of Life Metaphysical are reserved by contacting Tree of Life Metaphysical directly at (480) 284-4705. Payment is handled using "Pay-At-Door" method on the day of the class. 

  • There is a no refund policy for all classes. Failure to attend due to illness or some other unfortunate circumstance may be offered a credit for a future class. Purchaser will need to call or email to coordinate.  

Payments

  • Cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle and all major credit cards are all acceptable methods of payment.

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Package pricing and discounts are available as outlined on our website.

Health Considerations

  • Our services are not an alternative to medical treatment.

  • Please consult your doctor before starting Sound Healing or Yoga Nidra, especially if you have medical conditions.

  • Inform us of any health concerns before your session.

Disclaimers

  • Results of sessions may vary. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Intellectual Property

  • Website content, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Syncing Into Bliss LLC and protected by copyright laws. Its use is prohibited without our permission.

Liability

  • Syncing Into Bliss LLC is not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur during sessions or classes of Yoga Nidra or Sound Healing.

  • Participation in our services is at your own risk. You are releasing Syncing Into Bliss LLC from any liability for any injuries arising from participation in sessions or classes.  

  • Yoga Nidra and/or Sound Healing may include some physical movement, and the session may include vibrational sound frequencies providing the participant the opportunity to restore one's own body's resonate frequencies to ultimately experience deep relaxation, stress reduction and self-realization. 

  • Participants understand that Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis and treatment, as well as there are no officially recognized adverse side effects from sound healing.

  • Attendees will make Syncing into Bliss LLC aware of any physical limitations and/or medical conditions before the session or class. 

Photograph Consent

  • Syncing Into Bliss LLC has the right to use photographs taken during workshops and classes for marketing purposes on the Syncing Into Bliss LLC website, social media, marketing materials and presentations. 

  • Syncing Into Bliss LLC does not identify any person by full name unless we have received specific written permission to do so. 

  • Participants waive and release the right to any compensation for, or ownership of, such photograph(s).

Changes to Terms

These terms and conditions are subject to change. Please review them regularly. Updates will be posted on our website.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction in the state of Arizona.
