Sync Yo Self Yoga Nidra + Sound Healing

Service Description

Sarah will be leading a special class that will alternate monthly between a combination of yoga nidra and sound healing to an offering of just sound healing. No matter the month, the experience will support and strengthen your physical health, your mental and emotional wellbeing, and your spirituality. During the month where meditation is included, the class will start with yoga nidra (sleep-based meditation) in which Sarah will be using her voice to guide attendees through breathwork, guided imagery and physical relaxation techniques. The experience evolves to incorporate deeply relaxing vibrational sounds. During the month where the class focuses solely on sound, attendees will experience benefits of vibrational therapy on one’s electromagnetic field. Different sounds and frequencies that clear stagnation to bring one into resonance and harmony. Come if you are looking to destress, restore, reconnect with yourself and be in community! This class occurs on the 2ND THURSDAYS of each month from 630-8pm at The Shrine of Holy Wisdom. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign in and get settled. What to bring: Your own water. Space allows for 15 individuals, but The Shrine has acquired only 10 mats and 6 blankets to offer....so if you have your own mat/blanket, please bring that with you. Head pillow, eye pillow and knee bolster provided for those interested. Other helpful information: There is a bathroom on site. Park in uncovered spots only.
