Partner Healing Session

Service Description

Are you looking to celebrate an anniversary, birthday, Mother's Day or Sister's Day? Are you and your partner looking for a special experience for Date Night? Are you looking to strengthen and deepen a specific relationship in your life such as a friend, family member or loved one? Or are you and your partner going through a rough patch and looking for an energetic method to address your concerns? If you answered yes to any of the above questions, please consider a partner session with me! On Booking Form, please indicate whether you prefer a sound healing or combination of sound and yoga nidra. What does the 1st session look like? Length of session: roughly 2 hours. A Client Intake Form will be completed by you and your partner. I will ask for permission to place instruments/hands on the body. Sound Healing offers many techniques where instruments can be placed on the body or off the body (working in the energetic fields). Once logistics are handled, you both will be asked to lay down fully clothed on yoga mats. All props are provided. All that is asked is to actively listen to the sounds of the instruments or Sarah's voice if Yoga Nidra is part of the session. It's also important to be open to the experience and to leave all expectations at the door. At the end, there is time for sharing and/or questions.  Follow-up sessions: Allow for more time to address the concerns and learn what you both may be holding onto or resisting, as well as more time for vibrational therapy (and meditation) to balance the autonomic nervous system and hormonal state.  Additional benefits include detoxification by clearing energetic blockages and balancing the chakras, decreasing pain, increasing speed of recovery from an injury or surgery and replacing old unhealthy ways of thinking and doing with healthier patterns of well-being.  Location: Studio Space in private residence in Tempe.
