Service Description

Join Sarah in a group yoga nidra and sound healing journey that will help to create an energetic shift to unite all levels of your being - a process of balancing the body, mind, heart, soul and spirit. In a position most comfortable, be guided by Sarah's voice through a blend of breathwork, guided imagery and physical relaxation techniques. Then, participants will be immersed by a variety of relaxing vibrational sounds. Both modalities work wonderfully to rebalance and retune. The experience is about non-doing, surrendering, letting go, feeling and just listening. NO ONLINE BOOKING. $33 PAY AT THE DOOR. This class occurs on the LAST FRIDAYS of each month from 615-730pm at the Tree of Life Metaphysical in Gilbert. Please arrive 10-15 minute early to sign in and get settled. Sarah will ask each person to sign a liability and photo waiver form. What to bring: Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket. A head pillow, eye pillow and knee bolster will be provided.
