Service Description
*NO CLASS IN NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER DUE TO HOLIDAYS. CLASS RESUMES IN JANUARY* Sarah will be leading a group sound healing experience to support and strengthen your physical health, your mental and emotional wellbeing and your spirituality. In addition to vibrational therapy, the session will also incorporate intention and guided imagery. Come if you are looking to destress, restore, reconnect with yourself and be in community! This class occurs on 4TH THURSDAYS from 2-315pm at The Shrine of Holy Wisdom. What to bring: Space allows for 15 individuals but The Shrine has acquired only 10 mats and 6 blankets....so if you have your own mat/blanket, please bring that with you. Head pillow, eye pillow and knee bolster provided for all those interested. Other helpful info: There is a bathroom on site. Park in any uncovered spots only.
