Find Your Center Sound Healing

Service Description

Join Sarah in a calming and restorative experience. Through the immersion of vibrational sounds, your brain waves will slow down from beta, alpha to theta that will help you to drop into a deeply relaxed state, but without falling asleep. At the very least, sound healing will offer you profound relaxation. At best, through the use of both harmonious and dissonant sounds, you will have the opportunity to release chronic stress, balance your autonomic nervous system by soothing your nerves, and release suppressed or repressed emotions. Ultimately, you will be guided back to your true nature. A place where you experience unconditional love, peace and acceptance. All that is required is for each person to listen and surrender. This class is offered on the 1ST Fridays of the month from 630-745pm at Expanding Horizons Counseling in Scottsdale. Open to community - all is welcome! But don't wait to register. Space is limited to 8. Please arrive 10-15 min early to sign in. Sarah will greet you in the lobby where she will attendees to sign a photo consent and liability waiver form.
