Are you looking for holistic management of a chronic health condition such as pain, anxiety, depression PTSD or insomnia? As the result of past trauma, do you live life in a hypervigilant state where your mind is frequently perceiving a threat? Are you looking to balance your chakras or deepen your connection with Source? If you answered yes to any of the above questions, please consider a private session with me! On Booking Form, please indicate whether you prefer a sound healing or combination of sound and yoga nidra. What does the 1st session look like? Length of session: 2-2.5 hours. A Client Intake Form will be completed for 1st time clients or if it's been over a year since last session. Sarah will ask for permission to place instruments/hands on the body. Sound Healing offers many techniques where instruments can be placed on the body or off the body (working in the energetic fields). Once logistics are handled, you will be asked to lay down fully clothed on a massage table. All that is asked is to actively listen to the sounds of the instruments or Sarah's voice if Yoga Nidra is part of the session. It's also important to be open to the experience and to leave all expectations at the door. At the end, there is time for sharing and/or questions.  Follow-up sessions: Allow for more time to address the concerns and learn what you may be holding onto or resisting, as well as more time for vibrational therapy (and meditation) to balance the autonomic nervous system and hormonal state.  Additional benefits include detoxification by clearing energetic blockages and balancing the chakras, decreasing pain, increasing speed of recovery from an injury or surgery and replacing old unhealthy ways of thinking and doing with healthier patterns of well-being.  Location: Studio Space in private residence in Tempe.
