A Company Wellness Experience
We spend much of our day at work. Many of us work long hours and just don't have the energy or time to schedule in selfcare. Why not bring some peace and centeredness to our place of employment? Stress is a major factor in many chronic health conditions and many of us live in a chronic state of sympathetic dominance or "Fight or Flight." We are constantly on the go. Sound Healing and/or Yoga Nidra can help. Stress can be reduced and from a business viewpoint this can lead to improved productivity, less sick days and improved work morale.

I am especially drawn to wanting to provide sound and meditation to individuals that work in those high stress, high demand jobs such as our first responders, vets, teachers, healthcare workers, and mental health professionals. I believe sound healing and yoga nidra are excellent training tools for stress management and trauma recovery.​​​​​
