I am a Certified Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing Practitioner
​I create spiritual journeys to help people go inward to heal and transform through the use of sound and yoga nidra, which is a form of meditation. In my Studio Space which is within my private residence in Tempe, I offer private and partner healing sessions to support your physical health, emotional and mental well-being and spirituality.
I also enjoy partnering with businesses as I want to provide sound and meditation to the helpers and givers of our society - those folks that work in those high stress, high demand jobs. I'm referring to our teachers, vets, first responders, healthcare workers, mental health practitioners, etc. Offering to people living with cancer is also important to me as I am a Cancer Overcomer.

Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based type of meditation meaning it's typically practiced while laying down or in a position where you feel the most comfortable, therefore least likely to move. You are guided through the following techniques:

physical relaxation techniques that require very little movement

Often referred to as Yogic Sleep - you reach a state where you are not awake, nor are you fully sleep.

The brain waves drop into Alpha-Theta allowing the body to experience deep healing and rest.

Sound Healing is an ancient energy medicine modality that has been used by our ancestors and cultures all around the world. By working on one's electromagnetic field, a session creates an energetic shift to unite body, mind, heart, soul and spirit through the use of vibrational therapy and intention. A variety of vibrations may be used in a session such as crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and chanting.
A private session offers the experience to receive instruments on the body, as well as off the body techniques that work in the subtle energetic fields.
​Sound - Stress - Water
Stress is big factor to causing one to get unbalanced or out of tune. Stress can come from work, history of trauma or living with a chronic health condition such as cancer or mental illness. As our bodies are more than 60% water and water is one of the best conductors for sound to travel, a sound healing session has the ability to cause what is out of tune to become in tune, balanced and harmonious.​​
